Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time​

After checkout, follow the upload instructions on the summary page to submit image files (JPG, JPEG, PNG) or PDFs. If not ready, reply to the confirmation email with your files.

We can only begin the design only after we have received both payment and the required images, a draft design will be provided within 3 business days.

Upon design approval, manufacturing will commence within 3 business days.

Before dispatch, a product photo will be emailed for final confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only, using Australia Post services.

Standard Post (3–6 business days): $15 AUD
-
Express Post (1–3 business days): $20 AUD
-
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $80 AUD.

Local delivery within a 2.2 km radius of Balwyn: flat rate $5 AUD.

​Delivery cost will be confirmed at checkout once the full delivery address is provided.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or unforeseen disruptions.

The buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage during delivery. However, per Australia Post policy, standard and express shipping include up to $100 compensation for loss or damage.​

Shipping & Tracking

For standard and express shipping, tracking number will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

You can track your shipment through the Australia Post tracking portal.

Delays and Disruptions

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs clearance, or courier disruptions.

We will assist where possible in resolving delivery issues directly with the courier.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in creating each handcrafted laser-cut piece. If you have any concerns with your order, please review the following policy:
Faulty Items & Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

After payment is confirmed, a draft design will be provided within 3 business days for your review.
Please ensure all details are correct before approving the design. -
A product photo will be sent via email for final confirmation before dispatch.

If the item arrives faulty or damaged due to courier mishandling, we are not liable. However, we can assist in lodging a claim with the courier.
(Note: Both standard and express shipping include up to $100 compensation for loss or damage, as per Australia Post policy.) -
If the item is assessed and deemed faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
